Go back and read my explanation of why the proof I have has not been posted to date.

I will not discuss important issues about ethics with a spotty little child that still sucks his thumb and has a comfort blanket as a best friend, now run along and play with your toys and leave the discussion to the grown up people, people that know right from wrong.

I will take the greatest of pleasure watching you wipe the egg of your face when the truth is out, as you are without doubt, the most idiotic person on this forum.
How eloquent your vernacular. Very articulate. Right around the fourth grade level I'd say.

Seriously Chad. Get some professional help. You've gone to the bad place.

If you have nothing constructive to add to this topic then go away. Go and start your own “I love Dwayne Adams” thread and sing his praises over there.

Don't give me that crap. You haven't had anything to really contribute since you popped your crusty little head out of your hole.

Rowing 2-2.5 hours a day isnt all that unlikely. A reasonably competitive citizen cyclist will for example ride 2-3 hours a day, during the week, more on weekends. If you are used to sports like running, it doesnt make sense, your joints cant take it, but rowing is very low impact (not saying that it's easy to do, it's just not hard on your joints). I bicycle raced for years (wife, 2 kids at the time), and regularly did 2+ hours a day, that's pretty much the norm..

If someone had a comfortable seat, I suspect any of the top 10 rowers could row at a 2.00 pace all day long. The 'D' is very quiet, I have it in my living room and do my easy rows watching TV with the kids. You can bang out 2 hours piece of cake doing that.. If only I had a comfortable seat :(

Chad Williams wrote:It looks like Dwayne has been rowing more than ever over the last week.

As of yesterday at 21.45 GMT 4-03-06 his total yearly m’s was up to 15,441,771.

This is a daily average increase of 10,875.6m per day over the last 6 days. That means that Dwayne’s daily average has risen to a very impressive 56,368.3m per day for the last 6 days.
Over the last 6 days he has logged 338,210m

At an average split of 2.00/500m without breaks this would take 4hrs 15mins 28 seconds to complete, this also means that he must have spent close to a total of 24 hours rowing out of the last 6 days.

Looks like Dwayne is taking it a bit easier over the past few days, he has only logged 117,857m, that is 39,285.6m average over the last 3 days.

How is he going to make the meters up? Will he have some saved up for the last day of the season?

I am even more impressed than I was 6 days ago.

Chad,

He is probably "saving" them as we speak.

Without in any way commenting on what anyone else may/may not be doing in entering meters, either now or historically, I should like to point out that it's entirely up to the individual to decide if and when personal logbook entries are made.

I have made precisely two entries in my logbook on this site since several weeks before Crash-Bs -- both of them WR rows, entered for ranking purposes. That doesn't mean I haven't been erging (see my Diary on the UK site). It just means I haven't been bothered to keep two quite different sets of entries up to date. It also means that if/when I do get round to updating this site's logbook as the erg year winds to a close, my daily average is going to go back up suddenly and my total is suddenly going to jump by half a million meters or so.

I somehow doubt that this should inconvenience anyone else; and if it somehow does, I don't particularly care.

The issue was not catching up with meters, which happens to everyone, but that DA was regularly adding his meters, to the tune of 45k a day or so....

then as another rower was pulling away in first to the extent that no one was going to catch him, all of a sudden DA "found" a considerable amount of meters on the last day to jump him way up in first place in the standings.

I dont recall the exact amount but it was something like 300,000 to 1,000,000 meters, just totally out of the blue, in addition to the daily meters that had already been added.

I think the bigger issue here is how much of a dork JR is. Wasn't there a thread on the old forum just for JR? Maybe that should be started up again.
