Did someone say a cupcake pizza?
Candles ... wine ... it's all good
I took a page out of your book today. The original 6565 M I rowed this AM left me feeling unsatisfied and since K2 has seen fit to dub me Half Marathon Man I couldn't let the day end without doing one.
So there you have it a HM completed this PM.
Thanks or the thoughts.

Congratulations... everyone!
Belated happy birthday Doc - I supped some fine single malt in your honour tonight (well, that was tonight's excuse!) Please enjoy a bottle at my expense:
Congrats on your 2 mill wild Bill! Feel free to join the party at the Doc's Pub - if you don't fancy a pint of Guiness or some whiskey, why not try some Scrumpy's Cider? (Cup cakes and pizza might be needed to maintain some semblance of sobriety!)

Thank you all for the support and good wishes - and even for the virtual sustenance, although not sure how the cider will go with the cupcake
Now on to 10 million metres lifetime ...

Hi K2...it was a HM from me on Sunday...little unusual and a slight departure from my intervals. Oddly enough, I got out of bed, had two cups of ginseng tea and a half a litre of water, and rowed it doing the last 2,000m in around 7:20....
I went and ordered another bag of ginseng tea from my Chinese herbalist afterwards....hahahah

Thanks Gina, you missed one heck of a blowout though. It's pretty cool getting birthday greeting from around the world. Who'd a thunk it would happen to me.
Thanks again all.

Whoa....another supernova....
100K....a supernova or dual red giants?
Congratulations to our team legend Kiba.....she of the 100K days.....amazing!
The crew waits patiently while Kiba catches a few zzzzzs to hear of what nutritional fuel she utilized in this effort.....could certainly have been a Kiba pizza, followed by her special million metre cupcakes....

Unbelievable distance, Kiba.
"Great job" seems so inadequate!
