My favorite Instagram comment "you know there's a 2K setting, right?"... So he can row well. This just means his cardio is crap compared to his strength, which when your money is made from your body, makes sense.

As others have said, darn -- I was pretty pleased that I could take him in a 5K. Now he goes and does a 2K 30 seconds faster than I have ever rowed. :-/ Still, my goal for the year is just 19 seconds slower than he did. Maybe by the end of next year I can pull 6:59...
