Edward4492 wrote:Thanks Henry. I have my own ideas, but I'm open to suggestion. You made a lot of good points and have influenced (more than you think) my decisions moving forward with my training. It's tough, you have to commit to a method and it takes a long time and a lot of sweat and blood to find out what works. Which is in the end why we do it. Keep pushing the envelope.
Cheers, and ofcourse you have. There is no one way right for everyone.

Should I start some very serious training (and weight loss back to LWT) and join you in the 55-59LWTs in 2018?
Yes.

Looking at the UK forum, one wold never know that there was a WIRC this season. There may be some messages about it buried away in the team reports or the blogs, but no hay nada in the main forum. One might be lead to think that the Brits were ignoring WIRC this season for some reason, but there was at least one comment here about the presence of a large UK contingent in Boston last week.

Thanks for that, Papy. It is too bad that it didn't list the names. It is my quess that the group on the right in dark outfits at the Royal Navy contingent. There is also another large group, Q-Power, that comes over as a unit. They are likely to be the ones on red shirts.

hi Bob,

Yes the ones in blue were the Royal Navy group, they appeared on their own in an earlier tweet that same day.

I think the ones in red were just collating the rest of the British participants under one single "Team GB" flag (there are already at least 3 different teams in that group just based on the BRIC winners I recognised : Sub7, FitnessMatters, MAD IRC...).
