I've been set at 4 for the last year, but I'm at high altitude. I'm at the low range for drag factor, but it helped me determine what setting I should use.

Difficult watching the Broncos today. They pulled out a win (if you have a chance, take a look at the highlight clip for the crazy play that put them back in the game). Wyoming Cowboys had a great first half against Texas yesterday, but the coaching adjustments that Texas made at halftime turned the game completely around. Rockies lost yesterday, too. And Serena and Nadal are out at the open...

Michael..get yourself a Futuro Sport Elbow Support.I got one and rowing is so much easier with the elbow issue!!!My elbow feels so much better.I row with it on and it makes a huge difference.Very inexpensive.

Kathy B - way to go PATS! another nail-biter! our teams are 1-0! race is on to the Superbowl!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Okay it's a little early to be forecasting super bowl, but one's gotta have dreams!
Go Pack Go!
Pat - thanks for the suggestion on the elbow support! got one ordered from Amazon, will be here Wednesday. been wrapping it and feeling good.
Cycled tonight with group I ride with Mondays and Wednesdays, felt good to lean on the elbow. Tomorrow planning on rowing at a very relaxed pace, I believe in keeping the injured area moving to promote healing, just need to be cautious not to overdue to more injury. For sure not going to be playing Tennis for a while.
Good luck team on a strong start to the 2009 FRC!!!
LiveStrong...........RowStrong............Team TimbukTOO!

Kathy,
Only had a chance to turn on the last 8 minutes of the Pat's game, but I guess that turned out to be the best part! The last play was so crazy; with the way things were going, I wasn't quite sure what would happen! Glad you came out with a win!
Strange end to this year's US Open, too...

I'm still alive and swear I will get some rowing in this week. We had a miserable couple weeks at work (A++-priority books on accelerated schedules) and I ended up working 70-hour weeks for the first half of September. It's good for the paycheck but not so good for the waistline...
