Erg? Just started back on the erg this week. Just finished my 3rd 6K workout where I'm following Paul's ladder of decending 6Ks to get back into it. On the quest to get LW sub-7 by season's end. A long way to go from 7:19 though. Much work to do.
Yes, I started rowing OTW 24 May. Have had classes only in an 8, rowing only on the square. It is great fun, and the teamwork required is motivating. We have a great group who are all interested in rowing well, but also enjoying the sport. As well, our coaches are very knowledgeable and were competitive university rowers. They now coach uni teams.
