5000 m 21:28.5
30 min 6922 m

I intended to do 2x 5 k today at about 6 K pace. The idea was to do get another 10 k closer to the milion meters without having to row non stop for 45 mins. I got behind on my work so I was later at the gym and hadn't time to do what I had planned. I have something planned on wednesday, so I my next piece will be on friday. I said to my self, this one has to count for a whole week, better make it good, so I gave it all I got for 30 min.

This is a "time of day record" since I can't compete with the big boys. Just did 14,000 meters yesterday and was finished by 5:30 am before a 12 hour day shift. Time was slow (62 min), but at that hour my old body takes 15 minutes just to warmup. Also finished a 7K this am by 4:20 to make a 5:30 am shift.
Best effort this season was a 42:18 10K (17 seconds off best) performed after a 24 hour shift in the ED and no sleep for 30 hours. I call these "PRWF"...personal records while fatigued". I frequently have to workout at crazy times and on no sleep. Would love to go 2 months without a night shift and try to really crank. I live on about 4-5 hours of sleep/night. Still, cannot approach my running 10K pr of 34:44.

kamdo (Kevin)
lw 135 pounds
5"6" (barely)
