Weight Loss/ Weight Control
I will have to add my vote to the over-exercise and under eating camp. You have a nice routine with heavy days and light days, but I am thinking you need to squeeze in more downtime for your body to recover each week.

On the food part, I tend to eat modestly, eat as healthy as I can, drink water, drink more water and keep in mind I am in this for the long haul. Meaning, I want to do this for a long time. My concern is with the pace you are doing, you might burn out, either physically or mentally.

Do some reasearch on foods so you can put a few more calories in you and consider a day in the middle of the week as a brisk walk along with yoru commute into work. It will help break things up and will allow your body to recover.

I think 250 calories under your normal intake is enough off. Over time the unwanted weight will come off; with your routine your building muscle and burning fat - just work to keep the routine going without burning out.

I just read something interesting on foods to eat after you exercise, to assist the muscels in recover. Someone out there may know more about this, but if you are going at this pace I would strongly suggest you look into your diet to maximize 1) energy for the exercise itself, and then the right foods to eat directly after your work out to assist in muscle recover.

best,
t.
