Bob..very interesting and informative story you told.You certainly have been through alot and I admire your strength and tenacity at recovery.The points you make are great and I have enjoyed this part of the discussion regarding heart rate.It is many times our personal experiences that gain us more knowledge than any book or expert's advice.Thank you for sharing this here and I hope that others get as much out if it as I did.I wish you continued good health !!
