Second attempt at the CTC. Up the drag factor to 131. Felt stronger this go around.

Did the CTC again last night. Goal was to get to a 1:44.0, however, the stars were well aligned and the body responded.

Tonight a nice 8k with a strong finish. df 121

Working my way back into fitness. This CTC went well. I was able to push pretty hard on the last set.
