that reminds me of another one i did, i actually ended up doing an extra one because i cant count, haha.

21x 1:40 full presure w/ 20sec rest


ouchie, i was sore for a couple days after that, that was my own little creation, i thought it would be fun but it ended up being way too hard, haha.

100 reps, 100m at 1:40 (1k race pace). 200m rests (active rowing at 2:30) and took 10 minute "breaks" every 25 reps. Took 3+ hours. Interesting as I covered 10,000m at 1k race pace and packed in 20,000m of active rest (hardly noticed it). It actually went pretty well, it just took so much carb energy it wasted me the next day like I was a zombie.

I've done it twice.

The 2k's are up there, especially when you have a little too much to eat before it (my case last 2k). Another hard workout was 10k with ratings up 2 each 1k at the following 26,28,30,32,34,34,32,30,28,26. That 2k at a 34 spm was really tough.
