Hi Jeremy,
I'll leave it to others to help out with form, but I wanted to say welcome to the forum and to the small group of us I'm aware of who are currently doing the Beginner Pete's Plan. I'm just ahead of you starting week 4, and I think Kevin (GreenStratMan) and Sabrina are in or around week 12. I'm doing the three core sessions and one optional session each week and it's going well so far. Of course, I'm still at a relatively low distance. (Kevin and Sabrina, how does 10000m feel?!)
Good luck with your rowing, Jeremy!
Theresa

Re: 2nd week of beginner Pete Plan - form feedback request
Lots of good stuff here. Thanks everyone for the welcome! And good to know Theresa that there are several others working through the plan. It's certainly a long plan so probably a lot for us to talk about over time. Last week I only did 3, doing my 4th for this week today. I'd really like to be at 5, but we'll see how that goes.
AndyWicks, part of the finger moving is just fidgiting - ha - but I'll experiment with moving in a bit closer. I feel like having the wide grip helps me get my arms back and out at the end of the drive. And the negative comments are certainly ok - to be honest they were nicer than I expected.
And good stuff LouTheWizard, we can be slow together!
I'll be sure to get the labour in with time hjs. I'm slow to get get there too quickly out of fear of injury - not as young as I used to be. But I'll get there!

Ah, I'm on week 3 of the BPP myself as well. Kept up with all 5 and hrv is saing I'm good to go still.
Don't want to detail the thread but where are you all seeing others going through the plan, the training thread? (Find it hard to follow).

Hi Dalos,
There's no particular place for people who are doing the BPP. The only way I know about others are the responses at the end of this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=193211
I'm new to this and others should correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have questions or thoughts along the way, you can post them to the recent training thread or start a new thread.
Smooth rowing!
Theresa

Is there a reason you made the video private? It makes this worthless for others to learn too.
