I'll say it again, perhaps it didn't sink in first time. Send an email with your story. This is Digital Rowing's problem.

The fact that ErgData doesn't work for me either implies that it's more likely to be something on the C2 logbook side. It's strange that both started failing around the same time.

But yes, emailing DigitalRowing is a good idea, as is contacting C2 if there's no official forum response.

However, the forum is where you post questions to see if others have seen the same thing and to see if anyone knows of a solution. I always check the forum first if I have a question.

Just did a 100M as a QR (Quick Row) Online, added some notes to it and uploaded it to the C2 Logbook no problems at all.

Not sure what the problem is that you guys are having.Have been rowing the last seven days straight with no issues.

Loads of people Online between 19:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT, get online and open the Chatbox and ask them if they are having any problems. Maybe RowPro finally made it so you have to row online only ! :lol:

The RowPro server crashed pretty badly last Thursday, I couldn't get online.

My advice is to create a new user in RowPro then enter your C2 LogBook ID when you upload and it will probably work. The server may have lost some users credentials.

I have done this once when it refused to let me get online and row.

When the failure is clearly RowPro's problem you may as well shout at the wall or follow the advice on their website (your choice). They don't use this forum, they don't visit this forum. The Concept2 folks don't visit this part of the forum because it's clearly labelled as "RowPro".

I've had this reply from Digital Rowing:

Hi Stuart,

We made a change to fix another issue and it seems that change has upset the
exports from RowPro 4.

We'll sort that out in the coming days, and sorry for the nuisance in the
meantime.

I am having the same problem which appears to have only started in January as I was able to upload a row on 27 December. I have not changed any settings and am running rowpro v4.3 on a laptop with windows 7 and a pm4 monitor. I have used the C2 utility software to upload workouts in January. If anybody finds a solution I will be interested to know.

Same problem but using RowPro 5.0.7. Upgraded from RowPro 4 on December 31, 2016. Everything worked fine until January 5, 2017 - all rows past that have NOT been linked to C2 logbook; however, they are listed on the RowPro online logbook as having been successfully uploaded to C2.

Emailed Digital Rowing on January 12, 2017 - no response as of January 16, 2017.

I got a reply the same day but it went into the spam folder.

Haven't checked yet to see if uploading is working, will do so after tomorrow's session.
