For some reason, this video especially motivated me to try and improve on this movement.
As I am not anywhere near the capabilities of some others here, I needed to figure out progressions toward improvement.
So, for those of you who may also be seeking to improve in the ab-wheel movements, I would like to share two ideas that have been very helpful to me, as progressions toward full standing wheel roll-outs. (These tips come from

Use a slant board and/or a resistance band.
BTW, I have found that use of these two assistance "devices," set at relatively easy levels of effort to "groove" the movements, thus allowing for higher volume, have made my low back feel the best that it has in years.
