CTC (I follow no one department): The old Acme, AA, AAA, Aardvark first in list trick is alive and well in the CTC directory. The period now trumps the first letter of the alphabet as the goto for coveted no-scroll access to one’s entry ID. Currently hasn’t developed beyond one dot Joe Blow and two dot Mary Jane. I’m suppressing the urge to become three dot Jack!

Play nice. Don’t jump the queue, folks, unless you really are that important to almost anyone but yourself in which case
maybe you get a pass.

Does anyone know what Paddy Power have chosen for October or do I have to attempt to use the defib paddles on my crystal ball?

The paddypower October challenge is the distance covered in 30 minutes rowing from a stopped flywheel. There are no stroke restrictions.

There's lots of teams that will snap you up as a member (the usual suspects will be along in a minute). There's also the "Independent" team for folks who don't have an affiliation and don't want it.
