Any news from Free Spirits for June?
Looks like 7/5/3/1 going by their website.

Think they’re deciding on rest periods currently.

Looking at the poll they are having, the majority of the votes is on 120 seconds rest in between the sets.

Hi Dougie, Casey (must be 10 years! :-) )
Hope you are both very well.

Let go with 7/5/3/1 minutes with standing start for first interval and 120 second rests please.

Cheers, Wolfie

Hi Wolfie, welcome to the C2 forums.

Thanks for confirming that it's 2 minutes rest.

Congratulations to the MAD Team for winning the opening challenge of the new season. Well done Sub7 for launching sixteen crews.

Germania entered with a bang, launching three highly-placed boats with the best occupying 2nd place on the leaderboard.

#TokyRow have the July challenge, Forum Flyers the August and Fitness Matters the September.

Hello!

How do I create my own team? I am currently a member of Paddy Power but would like my own team, Firm Fitness.

Thank you!
Paul

Hi,

We need a password reset for Tim Grohmann (Team Germania) please. If you could DM a new password to me?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
Password reset for Dan Babbs please. I recently registered but trying to enter distance for June challenge says incorrect password.
Thanks

Dougie,

Hope you are well, long time since Basingstoke...

I was hoping to ask a question about the mechanics behind the CTC webpage, should I do that here or in a PM?

There's not much I can say about it. It was written by Daren Chandisingh back in 2005 and hasn't changed in fifteen years (except when the FIRT team broke it). Code belongs to Daren.

He's quite active on the Zwift forums if you can't get hold of him with a PM here.
