I'm a 76 year-old male who uses a C2 Model D with PM3 computer 2 or 3 times a week to stay in shape. I mix it in with a treadmill and a recumbent bike.

Please make sure you do. I tried to beat the 100k British record but I let my ego dictate my decisions beforehand and I still thoroughly regret it. I really want to minimise the amount of people that make the same mistake. Time is precious and your future isn't promised.

Doing anything other than walking, or possibly just existing, is an effort for most 76 year olds, so you definitely need to be very proud of this. After the 1k and gym session of yesterday I thought it could be a bit draining today, but the session felt really good.
Increased the drag a little bit to 117 and rowed blind again, only remaining time and HR visible.

I hope to improve until end of the month, so I can climb up a bit, but many big guys did not rank a score yet.
