Wondering if anyone has ever attended the Ergomania in Seattle? I am curious about it and am thinking of checking it out on Sunday.

Very astute of you to notice that my 0CB manifests itself through an aversion to the number 13.
This creates all sorts of problems for me but that is another story.

Our Hummingbird, Heather, often has her avatar set to Snoopy as the World War II flying ace, dog-fighting his nemesis, the Red Baron.... Now she can move that battle onto the water! And what's with the wheels? Does this thing fly, float, AND run on roads?

I have been to both SF JCC and SF Presidio YMCA on this trip.
3 erg at J and 2 at Y. J is triple the size and lavish, the Y is easy to get in and out.

Ok, I'm back in the boat. Not 100% recovered, but good enough to get back into it. I'm pretty sure that this was a common rower's injury to the serratus muscle, and not pleurisy as I had originally feared.

I won't hit my challenge goal this month, but I should get about 2/3 of it.

Lot's of great rowing on this team in the meantime! B)

Considering who's rowing it...yes, it flies.

That's Tiff Wood if I'm not mistaken, rowing in the Head of the Dog race.
