Jodi wrote:I was planning on getting a nice row in this morning for Veteran's Day (my father passed away this year and he was retired Navy, my husband and I met while in the Air Force in Japan, and I have a son in the Coast Guard, and daughter who was an Army nurse and is now in Germany while her husband is in Afghanistan. So I thought it was fitting to go the distance on a day like today)....
Wowzer...I'd say that you and your family have gone the distance in serving! Thank you, and all our veterans !
RE:
The PM3 batteries - seems like we have had several teammates who have different issues with the battery, but I thought that it was more of a replacement issue. One resource is to call Concept2 directly - their manufacturing team is really good about working with you to diagnose issues and answer questions. 800-245-5676 in the US.
RE:
Speed work....personally, I am of the Turtle Class and could only offer up theory. Fortunately, we have many rabbits who can answer whether or not the interval training works (and I am sure they will say that that butt-kicking routine is a great conditioner). And maybe Baz will explain his thoughts about the breathing during this kind of workout, too ...because that still mystifies me.

Woohoo! It's a triple whammy....it's a triple convergence..... The number 11 is the sixth prime number in our universal language of mathematics. On the more mystical side, or at least the numerology side, some say that the number 11 is a number of illumination and enlightenment (particularly during times of the full moon....like now). It's associated with intuition, inspiration, blinding flashes of the obvious, and new beginnings.
And clearly this series of ones appealed to many - some who might be celebrating Veterans' Day and some who just like repeater numbers! Hope it's a lucky day for all ! 70 MM....it's on the horizon !
