Hey Izzzzz, put me down for 300K pledge for the Holiday Challenge. I just clicked over 100K, so I've "given" $2 so far.

I wanted to enter a "rankable" distance in logbook. I calculated and entered the shorter distance and time from a previously entered distance that was 23 meters longer. Of course, the new entry loses the C2Log designation. But the new distance is hardly a world record, so not worried.

Smitty, I did get x-rays so that's something... They're starting to feel better. Sneezing is a BITCH.

Where's Cap'n ?
When I had a broken rib, I would brace the injured side if I felt a sneeze coming on because it hurt so bad. I would press the injured side against a wall or door so that the force of the sneeze went against the other side of my chest & ribs. Of course that only works if one side doesn't hurt. Feel better soon!

Thanks John! I have just learned this trick, but I just hold the injured side with both arms if I feel a cough or sneeze coming on. It helps a lot. :)
