Go Timbuk2!!!

This is quite a race so far.

Anybody else wonder where Keweenaw Memorial Rehab. & Fitness Center came from? They won the NARC in 2007 and are in the mix again. Check out the site below. They got an official recognition from the state of Michigan. Its great what some rowers think of for motivation.

I think our main competition is the LUNA-TICS. They are motivated, strong rowers and the rest of the month we will be matching them meter for meter. We are motivated and strong rowers 2.

This has been fun. I'm still fairly new to rowing (making a comeback after several years away), but the NARC deal has really helped me get motivated.

Although I only got in two workouts this week (family in town), I still turned in my first ever 10K and 15K. : )

Here's to Timbuk2, NARC, and long, fun hours on the indoor rower!
