since you asked for it....
1...hands should move away faster from the body at the end of the stroke, therefore helping the..
2...body to lean forward more on the recovery, the latter needing to be...
3...longer in relation to the drive in terms of time.
all comments relate to the man in front (wearing a blue shirt).

Rocket Roy skipped town just in time to avoid any shoveling, despite insisting for the past couple of years that he would love to do it. All talk, no action!Bob S. wrote:Isn't that what he is doing in the video? Whoops, my mistake. chickenlegs, thanks for the feedback. Should the recovery be longer in relation to the drive even at race paces?

Roy has a really nice powerful leg-arm transition.
Shins go way past vertical, but the style works well obviously.
Thanks for sharing the videos.

Just don't sabotage his LWT status with that great Boston cuisine, home or out.

Pretty good. Little slow with the hands and the back. Both should get the body angle set before the legs come up on the recovery. Its hard to tell but perhaps the blue shirt guy should be a little more relaxed with the arms and upper body at the start of the drive---so that he is really just hanging.
