Any chance some of you might want to start that 10K a day challenge REALLY soon? While we have been focusing on the moon....Team Oarsome is less than 200K in our wake.....and they are HUNGRY. Ah well, there are still months left in the year - and only one lunar eclipse. If we get good visibility here, I'll post the photo....
Row, row, row....meters more to go!

Way to go Luns, keep pullin'.
Is anybody up for 10k everyday during March Madness besides me? I know Chris T. is, hope there are more. That will put me well into the 5 Million Meter Club. I need the new T-shirt my 1 Mil shirt is about worn out.

I am up for the 10k a day easy. Don't know how you do the 20k and over in one sitting. I have tried and my best is 16k. I will be happy to commit to the 10 tho...

Kona2,
Chris is forcing me to row over 16K a day now, pretty soon I'll need a day off. YNY says at least one day off every 6 for rebuilding. Looking forward to the 10K challenge for a break.
Cloudy in Daytona Beach. Little chance of seeing anything good. If it clears I"ll post photos and/or a movie, if someone shows me how.

What do you all think about posting your user name with your real name so the slower members like myself will know who is posting. Might even be fun to learn why you picked that particular User ID and what it means to you.

I am LisaJ aka Lisa Jorgensen. My handle is a mixture of my and my husbands names and we like to remain calm while all about us are losing their heads. Makes em wonder what you are on.....the handle works out nicely for this.

Since I am an accountant, I accue stuff, since I row, I go a-crew-ing, thus I am acrewer.
Back on the erg today because my mom would want it that way. We buried her yesterday. Rowing does seem to help - I found myself looking forward to the end of the day and having my quiet time on the erg. I usually row from 5-6 pm.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts during this difficult time. Gina

I looked for the moon during the eclipse, but it was too low in the sky to see. Now it is up, and bright as can be outside because of all the snow. Very pretty! We had a huge meteorite come down near us early yesterday morning. I was still in bed, but Keith saw it. I guess it really lit up the sky like lightning. Rumor was it may have been as big as a semi-truck. I don't know if it disintigrated or hit earth - haven't heard if it has been found yet.

Nah-uh, I haven't been home until way late for the past two nights ... too late to row ... I'm way behind ... er, resting up.
However, even though yesterday was overcast and rainy, we had a perfect view of the eclipse in Sacramento tonight. Awesome. Also, some weird alignment of stars, never to be seen again in this millennium.

Lisa made it! And to quote Stacy Skeese (who designs cards for the athletically minded):
You rock! You roll!
You totally stole the show!
CONGRATULATIONS ! from the "Crew" in the boat!
And to wrap up that first million in such short order - and while moving - hey, that is true motivation and dedication!
Glad we could be along for the journey! Enjoy the goodies from Concept2 !
