Erratic output on PM3

I'm experiencing erratic readings (SR, pace, etc.) on my PM3, thinking it is dust on the sensor but wanted to check for advice before I took it apart.

What model is the PM3 mounted on? Model A, model B/C or model D/E?

plus it seems to be working just fine now, so I think that I just had to spin 'er a bit after sitting idle for so long
