OK... completed the 10K on Row Pro this morning with Andreas, Andy Mudge and Darin.
Got a seasons best. Very happy after yesterdays 4 x 2K blast.
Wont tell you how well Darin did. That sort of news should come from the horses mouth.. race horse at that...

We were neck n neck until 1900 metres to go... he powered home.. and I thought MY pace was nice, never slowing... I'd like to see his splits. They must rock.

Well you have beaten me again i will nevr get that sort of time for this month so congrats.
cant wait for the 10k handicapp looks like another min start time again

You can have 15 seconds and nothing more
The times are still within your reach. I think you can get close to 38:00 by the end of the month.

Was planning on doing a nice steady 10k tonight but now will have to have a good blast
