Weight Loss/ Weight Control
I AM 29 YEARS OLD AND I OWN A C2...I HAVE BEEN ROWING FOR ABOUT 1 MONTH NOW AND REALLY LOVE IT...I AM DOING IT FOR 1 HOUR AT 31-32 SPM..I BURN ABOUT 615 CALORIES WITH THE DAMPER SETTING AT 9.. I AM CURIOUS IF THIS IS TOO SLOW AND ALSO WHAT SHOULD I BE LOOKING AT ON THE MONITOR..ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
