That's only affecting the Arabs, Egypt and parts of India. The UK and Europe are still well connected.John Rupp wrote:4 undersea cables have been cut

It is getting to be a joke now on the UK site. I for one find it very motivating and I wonder if it did not exist how that would affect C2 usage and eventually new purchases.
As I have said on the site befoe, I am used to supporting live computer systems and if I had a track record like the C2 site then I don't think I would find work ever again.

What we need to do when the UK site is back up is to start anew thread telling people to go onto the US site when the UK one is down. Looking at the low amount of posts on the US one I dont think that many from the UK know about this one.
As has been said, anybody looking to buy a C2 would be deterred by the Forum and the online store being down.
If I am looking to buy anything on line and its a crap site, I move on.

Nothing against the US forum Steve but I would prefer to have the root cause of problems on the UK forum fixed , not be re-directed in some way to over here

Just sent the following email to C2.com
"Hello
I’m writing to enquire as to why the C2 UK site is so often down these days? I use the site daily as a resource for race information, forum activity, and of course for spares and equipment purchases.
It is getting increasingly frustrating not being able to use the site when required, so much so that a number of people nave abandoned the forum and many others are considering setting up an independent and more reliable one.
Using the UK website has become a hit and miss affair and all too often it’s a miss, I can only imagine the impact this must be having on online sales but it must be significant.
C2 UK has been aware of this problem for some time but nothing appears to be improving.
Help please?"
