The number I'm looking at right now is 2,530,221 meters... we've crossed the Pacific Ocean! WOW!! Incredible!

Some interesting data:
1 mile equals 1609.344 meters.
1 international nautical mile equals 1852 meters

now we can calculate where we are rowing to.

Across the Pacific, Barb..where to next???

Haha.. so I went back and checked my numbers. Turns out I was WAY off! We're nowhere close to Japan...

The good news is that we're about 2/3 of the way to beautiful Hawai'i!! I've never been there, and I'm glad to be going for the first time with such a wonderful group of people!

I've never been to Hawaii either so that is a good place to go but we need to plot more waterway and not as much dry land

this is the 9th day of our month long Challenge.We have been fairly consistent in our place in the LONG list of teams.Just a warning..the EH Team is closing in on us..They are a strong team and need to be watched
