Hello everyone.
I'm Wes from Ontario, Canada. I have a rower that I use for fitness. I participated in the last JVTC as part of Team Canada rowing a bit over 100,000 M. I am getting back into erging after a bit of a stop.
I travel extensively for my work and it isn't to places that have ergs in the hotels. Often, an alarm clock and/or telephone is the luxury item in my room.
I look forward to posting a decent number of metres this challenge time. While the number of metres isn't really my key concern, I know that when I row a decent number that I feel much better. Rising up on the honour board doesn't hurt much either (but I still can't quite figure out how you do a million metres plus in a month ... iron knees, backs and butts I suppose). I am planning for 155 000 this month (5000 a day) but hope for a bit more.
Regards,
Wes

Good luck to everyone in the JVTC; let's all finish without injury; I'm hoping to do 2 hour-long spinning classes a week at my health club in addition to the rowing. But I may have to drop back to one a week for January.
Again, good luck to all... and it's great to have the additional rowers aboard.
