Weight Loss/ Weight Control
Hi,

On Saturday 6 August 2005 I completed my first million on the C2, I never thought I would be excited (as a 45 year old), but I think it is a great feeling and I can now see how, and why people go for it.

I started C2 on 4 April this year, following a holiday (with lots of socialising and trousers not fitting). I have steadily lost 4 kg, nothing in the first 2 months, but I know this will stay off. I still socialise, the same if not more................. I train to my Heart Rate Monitor.

I now need a new, or additional challenge, I will continue to go for the millions.

Question:

Any ideas for a challenge........................

Is there anyone who trains in Basingstoke or Camberley Fitness First clubs. Please let me know.

Cheers

If I keep up my hour rows on a daily basis, I should be there by the end of the month or early september.

My plans for staying motivated is to see how many memory cards I can fill up on my model D. I also want as many tshirts/certificates as i can get. More more more! thats what it's about for me.
I train so that I can socialize too...
Go to the NONATHLON, http://www.nonathlon.com/. Whatever your strengths or weaknesses, moving up in the Nonathlon standings will provide challenges.
Hi Ken,

Do you use the UK forum at all?:

www.concept2.co.uk/forum

There are a couple of people on there who train at Basingstoke leisure centre (the one inside the shopping centre?) - Citroen and Kev Peebles. I've trained there once with Kev. I live just down the road in Farnborough.

Pete

They moved me from Basingstoke to Farnborough two years ago. Haven't tried Farnborough sports centre (don't like paying for something that's included in my Centre Gym membership). But then I'm rarely in Farnborough since I, mostly, work from home.
