Hi, i'm a new person to rowing, i'm a 14yo boy, 90kg used to do a lot of swimming and have very strong arms but close to no leg power. anyway, i started using this rower in the gym about a week ago, loved it ad ket doing. I'm doing it for the fun and exercise, nothing more. (well, gainingg strength YES) Anyway, i normally do a wee bit more than 10km in 45:00 sucks but i'm new and at least i try... Anyway, when i get to 25:00 or so, my bottom REALLY hurts cus of the hard seat. Anyway to get over that? THX :)

You can get a foam pads from C2. Or you can just get some bubble wrap but get the stuff with small bubbles. Other people use a towel. You can also stop beiefly and stretch if it gets too bad.
Finally you will just get used to it with time.
