This looks a great motivational thread - nice idea!
My current goal is to complete a FM. I have not really trained as such, but since I mostly row 10ks, albeit slowly, I thought that working a bit harder over the past month or so would get me through it.
I can see that I am progressing in my fitness by updating my PB's. I did the 5k a week or so back, the 2k Friday and the HM Sunday (7min improvement
). This week I am taking it a little easier!
I have a wk42 off and here I plan to try the FM. So depends how that goes I might be able to do the 10k later the same week.
After that I can hopefully jump in and follow your challenges properly.
BTW I'm not planning any heroics on the FM - I will be happy to finish in anything under 3 1/2 hours - I just want to know I can do it. Maybe if you set this as a future chalenge?!! I will go for a more targetted time.
