Woohoo! Broke 180, weight going down again...
Woohoo! Broke 180, weight going down again...
Stuck for nearly two months at 180 I was going bananas trying to break through. After tracking my weight daily I noticed a curious pattern of gaining during the week and losing on the weekend. So I copied what I did during the weekend and instead of gaining I stabilized, hit 179.5 on Friday and 177.5 on Saturday. On to the 160's now....

It's always a great feeling to have struggled and overcome.

During my weight loss (from 261 to 184), I also noticed that the scale tended to stick on the 0's and 5's (and it is electronic). How does it know that these are our mental barriers? I'd shoot from 205 to 201 quickly, then take forever to get below 200, then quickly to 196, etc. etc.
Keep it up - despite what the scale may say, you are certainly getting more fit every time you row!
