Row pro? does yours mess up???????

Im writing this because my copy of row pro is not working again, looks like im gonna have to buy it a 3rd time, lost all my data and had to pay £20 to get my computer fixed and row pro was the only program that didn't work when i got it back and it won't even let me download a new one. I have had a few problems, but the support@Neotek.co.nz has been very good at helping out.
Contact them, you shouldnt have to buy another copy if your first one is bad..

I agree. Contact Digital Rowing. They are usually very responsive.

I have had no problems in the year+ I've had RowPro. Always surprises me to hear when others do. Perhaps just lucky.

I have used it for almost 3 years with no problems. Its the thing that keeps me rowing.

Lucky you Its my motivation too, but its the second time in a year that its made my computer crash, digital rowing seem to think its a problem with microsoft not re instaly properly so i'll have to get on to them now

I've had a few bugs, but DigitalRowing has been reacting quite well.

i think the guys at digital rowing are great, i wish i could say the same for microsoft and HP, thank goodness for the guys at Aylsham computers who were able get the lap top working again.
