My workout schedule for this week:
1) 6K continuous interval (1K @ 2.20 @ 20SPM, 1K @ 2.00 @ 28SPM)
2) 60 minutes LSD (@2.20, 18SPM)
3) 10K continuous interval (1K @ 2.25 @ 20SPM / 1K @2.05 @ 25 SPM)
4) 30 minutes power strokes (@2.10, 18SPM)
BTW: I realize that 28SPM is a high rate for a 2.00 pace, but so far that seems to be the only way for me to actually complete workout nr 1....
I hope to manage 5 or 6 workouts for the upcoming week, but I will let the additional workouts depend on my physical and mental state
