I don't have a personal erg.. I always use either the ones at the gym or the ones owned by our club. So really the best I could do is bring my laptop to the gym with me... prolly not the best idea.

When you row with this, is it in the first person point of view?

They should make this for a video game console like a PS2 and somehow take advantage of the motion tracking webcams.

I might actually try to make my own rudimentary-version of a game like this if i have time.

How well will it work if you have uber-slow dial up?

I've used RowPro via dial-up modem quite a few times, and it goes nicely.

I have been regularly scheduling online training sessions, you just can't beat training with partners when it comes to getting the most out of your training time!

Mondays: 10 or 12k, starts at 7PM EST (2300 GMT)
Tuesdays: 10 or 12k, starts at 8PM EST (2359 GMT)
Wednesdays: 10 or 12k, starts at 8PM EST (2359 GMT)
Thursdays: 4x2k intervals, starts at 7PM EST (2300 GMT)
