Have just got myself my first C2, 4 weeks so far and addicted. Taken 36 seconds off my 2k time already and 850m further per 30mins (I was really bad when I started!)

Is it the right thing to only put workouts in the online log book? Do people put all their rowing in? So far I've only been putting things that are "rankable", and am missing out on several tens of thousands of metres in warm-ups / downs etc...

Can't help but feel I'm missing out when it comes to hitting the 'million.

Just wondering what everybody else does. In reality it makes no difference to training or the clear benefit the C2 provides.

AB.

I put all my meters in so do most others as far as I can tell. I think a few people leave off the cool down.
