Help with technique

Post by nstrik » April 26th, 2007, 8:18 pm

Are there video's that you would recommend to help me improve my rowing technique?

I injured my hip 2 weeks ago while rowing and haven't been able to row since then.

For technique, check out:

http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=2747064

It shows a professional erg coach instructing a beginner, so you can get the words as well as observe the movements.

No swing forward so no weight on feet and short strokes, hands and knees tangled in the recovery, handles far too high at the finish, flying elbows, high shoulders.

What I meant was, "In which of the videos did you see this?"
