First go at 500m & 2000m

had a Model A for years, just got the PM3

500m - 1.43.2
2000m - 7.27.1

could have pulled harder on the 500m I think, the 2000m was pretty much all out

thought I might have done better. Ah well, room for improvement.

Also, 7:27 is about 1:52/500m, so that would be associated with an expected time for an isolated 500m of about 1:42.

You were only about a second away from it. Don't be hard on yourself.
