10,000 old 43:19 new 40:28 besides technique 2 watts per kilo is making a difference.

39:23 on a 10k i just did, knocked off 30 seconds from my old one, plan to go under 39 sophomore year

New 500m best score for me yesterday, down from 1:18.1 to 1:17.2. The months of weights have paid off.

PB - 6K in 22:17.2 (1:51.4 / 500M). Old PB was 22:45 so pretty happy with that improvement.
If you don't try, you will never know how bad you suck.

Master D (54) / 208#
500M/1:38, 2K/7:02.3, 6K/22:17, 10K/38:31, 30'/7,700M, 60'/15,331M, HM /1hr 23:03 (all done back in 2007)
