I did race, thank you very much. Time verified and posted.
I do believe I have some apologies coming.
I stand corrected, and I am big enough to acknowledge when I am wrong.
Congrats Dwayne - Great time.
Too many web encounters with Ranger have turned me into a sceptic

Andreas rows online with us on rowpro, so I have always been a fan of his too. Good row there as well (but I think that is not a PB).
It was not head to head though.

Well done Dwayne! There was a lot of "put up or shut up!" comment directed at you last year, and I think it's great that you have finally "put up!"
Must be a very satisfying moment for you?
Any plans to re-enter the fray on the Cross Team Challenge?

I had some doubts, at least personally, but I was never ready to condemn Dwayne on circumstantial evidence, to me there is nothing worse than condemning an innocent person. I am very happy to see you back and at the top of the list. You have now proven yourself, publicly. If you have not done so already, I think its time that you repost times in the other events, give us slowpokes something to shoot for.
Congratulations, and good luck with your back

I'm not trying to be snide, or start an argument, but how did you know? Saying that you knew all the time implies that you had some knowledge that the rest of us didn't to make you sure all of the performances entered were legitimate. Had you witnessed any of Dwayne's previous 5:4-something 2k's and not tell us? Because no one else here on the forums had ever seen it. I think all that any of us wanted was to know that all of these things were for real.

The WIRC-Boston is this weekend.
As I said a year ago, put up or shut up at WIRC.
There has been plenty of time and I'm confident the truth will come out there, one way or the other.

Dwayne,
It would help the site enormously, if he could just do the same thing that was done on this forum. The spam on that site is absolutely incredible. I have never seen so much anywhere else. I ran through several pages, just looking to see if there were any real messages, but didn't find any. My method of checking was looking to see if there had been many answers. For the most part it was zero or one. If someone has to search through all that virtual flotsam and jetsam to try to find real messages, the forum is essentially defunct — which is a shame. I would think that it has potential, if it had just simple spam blocker.
Bob S.
BTW, congrats on the race posting. Excellent time.

There's a lot to be said for the presumption of innocence, fair play, etc. Nice row, Dwayne.
