That's great, congrats Jack! Mine arrived 2 weeks ago today - best purchase I've made in a long time.

FWIW, since you've already been working out, avoid the temptation to go too hard at the start. Give yourself a couple days of "easy & short" to discover what new muscles are involved. Also, don't overlook the included DVD. It's an invaluable tool for learning correct form. I set-up in front of the tv & did my first few days watching the DVD - barefoot, no straps, no toe-lift

You're gonna love it!

Thanks John and Skip.

Skip, I'll follow the getting started plan that is decribed somewhere on the site. I'll make sure I watch the DVD first too.

Thanks for the advise, both here and in my other thread regarding model choice. You've been very helpful.

Jack
