Slides -noise

Slides -noise

Hello,
After I place the ergo on slides I have mach noise special from the frond slide what can I do, any Ideas??

What type of noise? Thumping, bumping, scraping?

Make sure that the Slides are aligned with eachother precisely.

Check to make sure all the wheels are running on the plastic tracks, along with the aligning mentioned earlier.

If you pull the whole machine and carriages to one end and let it go, does it occilate back and forth and stop in the middle, or get hung up along the way?

If it's not obvious, give C2 a call and they probably have some more methodic diagnostic procedures.
