I am new to this forum but not new to rowing, so I know how hard it can be to get over that first 15 minute hump (or whatever it is for you!) I used to watch TV but found that during my baby's nap, the shows were AWFUL! So I started using my iPod to row and have been saved!!! ANyway, I just found this great site called FitPod and you can download many podcasts for free, some tailored to an ERG workout. Just thought I'd pass this along as I am always looking for new music and resources. Since I can't post a URL yet, it is just fitpod dot com.
