Hi Wood Duck

Love the idea of a ccompanionable row - but 1.00am might be a bit tough for me - even though I am a dedicated and committed rower of ....................all of two weeks

Something on Saturday would be a great - did my first ever half marathon last night - in 1.49 - any ideas what I'm supposed to be aiming for - felt like eternity and my hands are now a wee bit sore - now all I have to do is crack the full marathon - perhaps next year - lol

Have fun later today

I don't think I can make tonight either. 6 p.m. (local) is smack on dinner time, and dinners get messed up enough the other nights with the boys practices.

I would be up for something on Saturday - maybe 30 - 40 minutes of companionable rowing. Anytime starting at or after 1800 GMT (that's 1 p.m. EST, 11 a.m. MST) and finishing before dinner.

Now I better open up RowPro, and see if I remember how to get that going.

Wife of Jeff - that sounds a great idea - anytime around 6pm GMT would suit - fingers crossed and good luck with dinner :D

Schenley, Starting at 18 GMT is 11 am your time. You request that we finish by dinner. What time is dinner? Is lunch dinner or is supper dinner. (a very confused midwesterner)

Jean do you also have meal complications with 18 GMT?

If I don't make sense, I understand, I can't figure out what I am writting either. (I have been in meetings all day)

Schenley and Jean-- You pick a time--anything works for me.

No worries - 6pm London time is perfect this end :-) I find universal times impossible to get my head around - glad I'm not the only one lol

I had trouble with this, too. I e-mailed support, and they told me to log in to my account at this link:
http://www.digitalrowing.com/default.aspx?ItemId=116
Below your name is the computer name.

I messed up converting 24 hr time to 12 hr time. (I did the conversion from GMT fine. ) Any chance we could change to 2030 instead of 2000 so I can have a little more time to digest lunch? Susan? Jean?

Do you guys want to throw in some intervals tomorrow? I'm thinking 5 min WU, then 1:30 min hard, 3:30 min recovery. If not, that's fine, too.

It's amazing how the time goes by faster in the group rows. I really don't understand it.

That is very cool! :o Although I suppose if you see them often you see them more as more a nuisance than for those of us that don't.

We see their signs around, tracks and droppings (which my dog thinks are a gourmet treat!!!), but we don't actually see them that often, so it was kind of neat. I was surprised to see that moose like bird seed! That was what happened, he dropped by to have some seeds that we had left out for the birds.

Hi Shannon,

Great Moose shots. Have messaged in various places whingeing about my inability to do Rowpro setup properly at the moment. Sorry we couldn't race will put a line on here when it is working again and try to set up another sesh. I'm expecting a call from Rowpro or e-mail to try and sort this out.

Cheers
Sue
