dvd or video to watch while rowing

Post by torsaer » January 7th, 2007, 2:46 pm

Does anyone know of a dvd or video that I can watch while rowing (I need to row for a minimum of 30 mins and although music helps, I think it would be great to have a video of a course on a river or something like that to help the time pass and motivate me to go longer/faster!

I recommend the "oarsome Foursaome" DVD that can be obtained from Concept 2 and/or the indoor rowing workouts from Xeno Mueller (www.gorow.com). Do yourself a favour and get the whole package (7 DVD's). You will be entertained and challenged for a very long time...

Lord of the Rings

Pirates of the Caribbean (great for interval pieces)

American Pie
