Hello, I am thinking about rowing in the Mile High Sprints. A college friend of mine is also considering so if he is in, then I will most likely be in. I need to do some major sprint training in the next 4 weeks as my current 2k time is 7:26 (uggghh).

Are you going to enter? If so, are you going to pull a 60/30 min piece prior to the 2k?

Altitude,

Yes I am going to enter but just going to do the 2K. If I have time, I may do a 500M sprint for grins but I think it is quite a bit later in the day.
