Fallin off the wagon

Post by stargazertechie » January 3rd, 2007, 2:16 am

So I was doing really good. 20k a day, 6 days a week, and feeling great.

And then I came home for the holidays. My parents bought me an erg so I could keep with it, and I did...

... and then it broke after 10 minutes and it took the better part of a week to fix it.

And then I'd try to erg, and I just wasn't into it. I miss erging at school (I have a model B here, Model D's back at school)

Enter the christmas food.

So long story short I packed on a ton of weight, and I'm not looking forward to our first team practice monday.
