In my case, it was pointed out that I wasn't holding my elbows in tight to my body...I was letting the arms/elbows move outward as I pullled. Once I concentrated on keeping my elbows in, the tendonitis was not aproblem
Ease up for a bit to let the muscle/tendon heal..
