iTrain: Lack of feedback.
I think that while the video could be helpful to some, what I need most is feedback on my form. It is very easy for errors to creep into my rowing form. Getting feedback on that is the most important part of getting coached. Their are good lists of workouts available from the UK site.
I would find watching a video of a 30 or 60 minute row, difficult while rowing and not very useful.

I'm a newbie and use rowing as crosstraining for my love of running. I'm probably the other sector that visits this board. I have found that rowing along with a dvd (I have one of Xeno's) is an enjoyable way to get a good workout.
Checked out the website. I like the idea in general. I suppose you would have several different types of workouts tailored much like the workout schedules? (LSD, Intervals etc)
